Slow Your Roll - Allow Guidance to Direct You
Intuitive Card Reading just for You!
I am pulling a card from "Keepers of the Light" Oracle Cards by Kyle Gray!
Prayer and Contemplation
“Connect with heaven. Ask and you shall receive."
About Charity: “Faith, Hope, and Charity are a trinity of Archangels who are dedicated to helping us regain our natural traits of kindness, trust and faith in the highest good. Charity is the twin flame of Archangel Chamuel. She has a great spirit that encourages us to undertake the spiritual practices of prayer and meditation. Prayer is the way we speak with the divine and meditation is the way we open ourselves to receive the answers we need to hear. Charity is also the angel who kisses the forehead of all those who pray in support of others.”
Extended Message: “The powerful Archangel Charity is drawing close to you at this time because she has recognized that you have goodness in your heart and you have put others first. She brings you thanks and support. Move into prayer and meditation with regard to any decisions you have to make at this time. You are being guided to take the time to breathe and to receive. Know that you will have a real surge of intuition when it is time to move forwards. Thank the angels for guiding you towards your highest good, and welcome Charity into the space with you.”
JUST A THOUGHT (or two) ABOUT THIS CARD:
What stands out for me with this card is
“You are being guided to take the time to breathe and to receive”
Spring is that time of the year when the winter ceases its cold barrenness to reveal what has been growing underground. The sunlight quality is different. You may even feel as if while you’re taking in the warming rays of sunlight, that time is stretching long like taffy. We shrug off the somnolence as the urge to create generates a desire for what is fresh and new.
But there is this time right before the sprouts break through the earth to reveal the splendor of their blossoms, where there just doesn’t appear to be much going on.
You see a scraggly shoot but not the full blossom yet, and this Charity card is describing just that process. Everything in you and me may say let’s ZOOM ZOOM and MOVE MOVE dat body but Charity is saying something else.
Don’t run off half cock. This is the time to go still and wait. While we are sitting still, you can be certain that something is shaking loose from the Great Receptivity and in this allowing, your marching orders will be revealed.
You may be thinking “OH MAN! Didn’t I do all this prayer work and contemplation during the winter? Shouldn’t I be moving my grand posterior and putting plans in motion?”
But this is the crux of the matter. Do you really have a plan of action? Are you really in alignment – mind, heart and soul all in and have you really achieved that laser sharp focus to pinpoint your target?
In January, I felt compelled to resume studies at City College. For the life of me I’m not at all certain what exactly I’m aiming for, but lately my card pulls have been directing me to GO STILL. REFLECT. ALLOW SPIRIT TO GUIDE.
So, it’s perfectly okay to not know what the next step is. But the human me is like NO!!!! I WANT ANSWERS NOW!!
Bless my ego.
Yes, I think deep down we all really really do want an optimal plan of action, - Thank Goddess for the best advice now coming from Charity: What we all need is more PRAYER & CONTEMPLATION.
Here’s some questions to ask yourself:
Is this desire to DO something coming from feeling uncomfortable with the unknown?
Is what I’m saying that is unknown really just me not wanting to do what I already know is the right move?
Is rushing and doing just a way to avoid connection with my highest good?
Here’s a quote to inspire us to wait on Higher Guidance:
“Never cut a tree down in the wintertime. Never make a negative decision in the low time. Never make your most important decisions when you are in your worst moods. Wait. Be patient. The storm will pass. The spring will come.” Robert Schuller
I will heed the advice of this Charity card. I choose to respond and not to react. I know that I have the strength and the courage to go within in more contemplation time and prayer. The one thing of which I am most certain is that prayer works. Every time I have surrendered my worries to God, I am always guided and perfectly so.
Here's an affirmation to use and let the peace from within flow:
“Patience is easy when you're living in the moment. I give all patience and time thoughts over to God. I am patient with my lack of patience. I remain patient in all areas of my life today.”
And so it is.
And So It Is.
Namaste & Peace
